Referring to the above matter, we are the students from Faculty Mechanical of Engineering would like to set up a biscuit and chocolate stall for this coming 40^th Convocation Ceremony on 22^nd March 2012 till 24^th March 2012. This is our first experience in venturing into a business, so we are interested to make your company as the supplier for our business. Before we decide the suitable products for our stall, could you please send your product list and answers to the following questions:

1. What type of product would you suggest?
2. How about the payment?
3. Do we need to go to your factory to get the stuff?
4. Do we get any discount because we are undergraduate student?

The above matter refers. We are planning to set up a stall for this coming 40^th Convocation Ceremony on 22^nd March 2012 till 24^th March 2012. We will be selling chocolates and biscuits in our stall. As everyone knows, Cadbury chocolates are well known for its sweetness and varieties. So, we are interested in your company and want some information regarding this matter.

            First of all, we want to request you a list of chocolates produced in your company including their price. It can be easier for us to make choice on selling your products. Secondly, we need more clarification in some areas so could you please answers the following questions:

1.      As university students, do we get any discount? If yes, provide the details.

2.      Do we need to go to your factory to get the stuff?

3.      How about the payment?
