REQUESTING FOR THE QUOTATION OF YOUR HOTEL

The above matter refers. My society will organize an annual dinner at the end of the academic session on 5^th May 2008. This is to celebrate the achievement of the students and to bid farewell to the graduating students. I am interested to get more about the quotation of your hotel. Therefore, please answers for the following questions:

1.      How many ballrooms do you have and the capacity each of them?

2.      How much the net price per person?

3.      What are the menus that you offer?
